One year after brother Kendall’s suicide, Jo returns from college to attend the gravestone unveiling. Nothing’s changed—Dad’s still consumed with rage and self-blame, Mom’s still smothering her in attention and can’t cope and her Texas Jewish Grandparents are still bickering... Then Kendall returns, adding to the roiling pot with ghostly powers that fracture Jo’s reality in dark, comic fantasies that explore the family's past and present... and maybe their future.
